How many vehicles I can see on my account?

You can add from 1 to 10 vehicles in your account.

How do I add a vehicle to my personal space?
Within the Services Store, you can add one or more vehicles by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT”, “MY VEHICLE”, “MANAGE MY VEHICLES” and click on the “ADD VEHICLE” button. Enter the information related to your vehicle, then click on the [VALIDATE] button.

How to change MyDS password?
Connect to your MyDS account, on the top right of the homepage select “check my profile” then select “my password”. If you have a DS Services Store account, your new password will automatically apply.

How to create a MyDS account?
To create your MyDS account, go on the DS Services Store or the mobile apps.

You will need your vehicle registration and vehicle identity number (VIN) to create your account
Click on “subscribe”
Add your email and VIN
Click on confirm and fill the subscription fields

A message should appear to confirm the creation of your account. You will receive an email to validate the account. On your mailbox, select the email and click on “activated my account”.

You have 20 days to confirm the subscription, after, your personal data will be deleted and you will have to create a new account again.

We remind you that the subscription is free.

Once the account is created and activated, you will receive a new email with your ID and password and a new link to make your first connection to your account.

How can I delete a vehicle from MyDS?
Go on your MyDS personal account.
You can manually delete one or more vehicles by clicking on “My vehicle”, “Manage my vehicles”. Then, in the “Select your vehicle” section, click on “Delete this vehicle”. Any vehicle deletion in your personal space MyDS will be replicated in your DS Services Store account personal space.

I have an active Monitoring, Mapping or Tracking Pack contract and I can’t renew it before the expiry date. What should I do?
The renewal of a pack is carried out on the day of the end of the contract. You will not be able to renew your Pack contract before or after your contract anniversary date, so you will have to renew your contract at the end of its term in order to continue to benefit from the services of your Pack.

I have a Connected Service contract. How can I cancel it in case of sale, theft, destruction or return of my lease vehicle?
If you have a Connected Services contract (Teleservices, Connected 3D Navigation, SpeedCam / Danger Zones), following a resale of your vehicle, an end of the lease, destruction or theft, you must inform us to end your contract. Please contact DS Customer Care by post, telephone or our Contact Us page.

Does uninstalling MyDS application imply the loss of stored data?
Following the uninstallation of the MyDS application, all data related to your vehicle (GPS positions, maintenance alerts, journeys made, etc…) will be permanently deleted. On the other hand, all the data relating to your profile remains available via your personal information for 2 months.

How to create a DS Services Store account?
If you already have an account MyDS, you can log in using the same credentials to DS Services Store.
In order to create a DS Services Store account:
Log on to DS Services Store;
If you have an account MyDS you should log in using the same credentials, otherwise click on “Create an account”;
Create your login credentials by entering your email address and password and then click on “Create an account”;
Add your vehicle by clicking on “Add my vehicle”;
Enter your VIN into the dedicated field and click on “Add my vehicle”;
If the image correspond to your vehicle, click “Confirm”, otherwise re-enter your VIN;

What is DS Services Store ?
DS Services Store is the dedicated platform for all DS connected services. You will have the opportunity to consult/manage all connected services of your car in total autonomy. Visit DS Services Store to discover the world of DS connected services.
Why create a DS store account?
Thanks to your DS Services Store account you can manage all your connected services from your couch. For more information about our connected services, go to DS Services Store.
Why a DS Services Store account if I already have a MyDS account?
Your DS Services Store account allows you to manage all DS connected services and also to be informed about the new offers available. Thanks to your DS Services Store account you can subscribe, extend, or renew your connected services offer. The MyDS application allows you to take advantage, in real-time conditions, of your connected services subscribed on the DS Services Store personal account.

Can I log in to DS Services Store using the same credentials from MyDS ?
If you already have a MyDS account, you can log in using the same credentials to DS Services Store by clicking on ‘Connect’.

If I add a vehicle in MyDS personal space will it appear in my DS Services Store? 
Your MyDS & DS Services Store account are the same. Both are linked together and any change will be transferred through other apps.
How to unsubscribe from DS Services Store ?
To unsubscribe from DS Services Store, go to your personal space DS Services Store. in “MY ACCOUNT > MY PERSONAL DATA” scroll down the page, click to “UNSUBSCRIBE” This action will not cause any effect on your ongoing contracts. If you would like to terminate your contracts, please contact our HelpDesk.
If I sell my vehicle, does the new owner will have access to my personal data?
If you sell your vehicle, yes. If you do not wish that the new owner access yo your personal information, you can terminate your contract by contacting the DS HelpDesk.

Is the information about my vehicle and the trips I’ve made available on my Services Store personal space?
No, but you can access this information by going to your MyDS personal space.

When will I get charged for the purchase of a connected service on DS Services Store?
Your account will be charged 14 days after the service is active. You will get a confirmation email.

Can I add a vehicle bought abroad on my DS Services Store account?
Yes, you just need to type the VIN number in the dedicated field.
Can I create a DS Services Store account through a smartphone app?
No, the dedicated online platform is the only alternative at the moment.
Can I add several vehicles in my DS Services Store account?
Yes. You just need to add the VIN number in the dedicated field ‘ADD A VEHICLE’ on the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section.
The new vehicle will then be automatically added in the MyDS app.
Following the removal of my vehicle from my personal DS Services Store account, I do not longer have access to my services. What should I do?
You will need to re-register your vehicle in your DS Services Store personal account.
Following the removal of my vehicle from my DS Services Store personal account, am I still eligible to use the service?
Yes. Removing a vehicle from your personal account has no impact on the subscribed services. If you want to see your active contracts, you will need to read your vehicle to your personal account.

What happens if I delete my vehicle from my Services Store personal space?
Following the removal of a vehicle in DS Services Store, you will not be able to view your active contracts or subscribe to a connected service. However, deleting a vehicle has neither incidence on your actives services nor your contracts.
Removing a vehicle from DS Services Store will also delete the vehicle data in MyDS App.

How can I track my maintenance in MyDS?
MyDS offers a virtual maintenance booklet which helps you to follow the recommended maintenance report for your vehicle thanks to the information which you note as:

  • the current mileage,
  • the average annual mileage and the type of personal or professional use.

You must update your mileage yourself (unless your vehicle is connected via Bluetooth, in which case the mileage update is automatic) and may note the maintenance carried out to be up to date .

Moreover, if you subscribe to our digital booklet service ‘Maintenance e-book’, you will benefit from the automatic updates of maintenance operations done by your repairers as well. And it’s free of charge.
To subscribe to this service, you just have to be validated as the owner of the vehicle:

  • If you just bought a new vehicle, you will be proposed this service automatically. You should receive an email to subscribe after a few days.
  • If you already have a vehicle and are interested in this service, just go to your repairer to validate yourself as owner of the vehicle, and ask for your new service to be implemented.

In both cases, you’ll be addressed an email with explanations and a link to subscribe. Don’t forget to click on it to benefit from your new digital booklet.


What is Remote Control / e-Remote Control?

Remote control and e-Remote control give you a unique convenience with several effective functions that extend beyond driving.


E-Remote Control is a free service available for new electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The service can be used in the MyDS app.

Vehicle status information

The Home screen displays important information about the battery: state of charge and estimated remaining range.

To view new information, you need to update the app by:

  • Drag the page from top to bottom
  • Click on the round arrow (update) at the top right

The correct information is displayed within a minute.

When the app is updated, you need to have an internet connection.

The connection must not be changed from Wi-Fi to 3G/4G/5G or vice versa. In this case, communication is interrupted.

Remote charging

This feature allows you to remotely control and start charging your car when it is connected. You can also change from starting charging directly to delayed charging, or vice versa. Delayed charging can also be activated by pressing a special button in the charging slot. When the charge reaches 100%, a notification is sent.

Remote-controlled heating and cooling

With this function, you set the comfortable temperature in the car. You do not need to configure preconditioning yourself, as the e-Remote Control always achieves a comfortable temperature of 21°C.


General Terms of Use

Using this function while charging does not affect the range of the car, but only means that the car will have a comfortable temperature.

In programmed preconditioning, the program starts between 30 and 45 minutes before the set time, so that the car has reached a comfortable temperature and remains active 10 minutes later.  Therefore, you should program the time when you are going to use the car.

Depending on the equipment in your vehicle, you can also program charging from your navigation system on the screen, via the “CHARGING” page, in the “ELECTRIC” menu and program the time of preconditioning under “TIMING” on the “CLIMATE” page.

For preconditioning to start, there must be 45 minutes from programming to the selected time.

When the preconditioning is programmed, the setting is saved and it starts even if there is no good internet connection.

Doors and trunk lid must be locked. If you unlock the car during preconditioning, it will end after 1 minute.

Charging requests made during preconditioning will start when preconditioning ends. An informational message may appear in the app.

Special conditions for hybrid vehicles.

Starting preconditioning means that ongoing charging is interrupted. Charging will resume when preconditioning is completed, provided that the charging station allows it. If the battery level is below 20% and the vehicle is not charging, the preconditioning function is not available.

Special conditions for electric vehicles.

Fast charge mode works unconditionally with preconditioning. But, with ordinary charging, the outside temperature is conditional:

  • Between 5 and 35°, preconditioning and charging can work simultaneously.
  • If you start preconditioning outside this temperature range, charging will be interrupted. It will resume after completion of preconditioning.

If the battery level is below 50%, the preconditioning function is not available.



Remote Control is a free service available for new combustion engines, electric and hybrid vehicles, which allows you to remotely control functions in the car from your smartphone. The service can be used through the MyDS app.

For all remote functions, you can check in 2 ways, after 20 seconds, if the request has been sent:

  • through a banner (if the MyDS app is open)
  • through a message (if the MyDS app is in the background or if your smartphone is locked)

Lock status

This feature allows you to control the locking of your car. In order for the updated status to be displayed on the page, you need to update by:

  • Drag the page from top to bottom
  • Click on the round arrow (update) at the top right

Note: As soon as a door is unlocked, the status in the MyDS app changes to unlocked.

Remotely control locking/unlocking

This function allows you to remotely control the locking/unlocking of the car’s doors. Animated buttons in the app indicate that the request is in progress. The car is locked/unlocked no later than 8 seconds after the request.

Regardless of whether the car is locked or unlocked, the “lock” and “unlock” buttons appear.

Remote controlled lighting

This feature allows you to remotely control warning or side lights, depending on the car. Animated buttons in the app show that the request is in progress, within 8 seconds of your request:

  • first, that the request is ongoing
  • Then, for 10 seconds, the lights are switched on.

Remote control horn

This feature allows you to control the horn remotely. Animated buttons in the app show that the request is in progress, within 8 seconds of your request:

  • first, that the request is pending, a notice of compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the use of the horn.
  • Then, for 10 seconds, that the car honks.

If the car receives a second request to activate the horn before the previous one is finished, the car will honk a second time with a limited noise level.
